FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS WILL BE DONE TO ASSESS YOUR PROGRESS OR ANY OTHER CHANGES OR ADJUSTMENTS YOU MAY NEED . I WANT TO EMPOWER YOU TO MAKE HEALTHY DECISIONS ON YOUR OWN FOR LIFE.

Personal Training

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS  ARE DEVELOPED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL OR LIMITATIONS MAY BE.  TRAINING SESSIONS CAN BE HELD IN-HOME OR OUTDOORS IN A PLACE OF YOUR CHOOSING AND WILL FOCUS ON GIVING YOU A WELL ROUNDED, FULL BODY WORKOUT. EACH SESSION WILL BE COMPRISED OF DYNAMIC MOVEMENT & FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH/ RESISTANCE TRAINING, AND CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE.



Group Training

GROUP TRAINING IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO GET MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. GROUPS OF TWO OR MORE CAN TRAIN TOGETHER FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE AND IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO ENERGIZE YOUR WORKOUTS. 



Kickboxing

KICKBOXING IS A GREAT WORKOUT FOR THE BODY AND MIND! KICKBOXING HAS BEEN A PART OF MY LIFE FOR YEARS AND I LOVE GIVING MY CLIENTS A GREAT CARDIO WORK OUT WHILE HELPING RELIEVE STRESS.  KICKBOXING SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED FOR AN  INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS FOR A GROUP.
